Improved
Safety System
The ‘Unity’ Safety System is a single safety system
covering the hopper, hopper lid and front plate using only a single
valve. It is essentially impossible to override, and when the machine
safety circuit has been tripped, the air circuit on the machine
is fully isolated. With forthcoming European legislation on depositor
safety, we are the only manufacturer to guarantee compliance should
the legislation be applied retrospectively. |

Steck Link System
The Steck depositor has a unique Steck Link System for rapid removal
of the D-valve. Coupled with a lift off hopper connection, the front
end can be stripped and cleaned in a fraction of the normal time with
no small lose parts. |

Reduction
in energy consumption
A Steck depositor is capable of saving up to 75% on industry standard
machines. Due to its intelligent use of air it will show a typical
50% saving. That equates to around 1.5kW power saving per machine.
This system is called the Steck ‘MinAir’ System, and is
unique to Steck. This economy is not achieved by sacrificing maximum
power capability, a Dimension depositor has 10% more depositing power
than recently launched competitors models. |
