The Dimension RCD-900 combines the ability to handle the sticky, wetted fruit chunks with the ability to cut through the chunks and achieve accurate portioning with ease. The RCD-900 is a semi-automatic modular design, right down to individual lane control electronics, which means that, with the combined rotary table, it allows the operator to place trays in the carousel and turn trays into the correct depositing position before the machine operates. This reduces loading times and removes the need to hold heavy filled trays.
