How quickly can we get spares?

We can offer a next day delivery service, throughout the UK, on all stock spares. This service applies for all spares ordered before 2pm, just let us know your order is urgent and we will make sure it gets to you.

Can you send us a Service Engineer?

The ethos and business model of Steck from the start, was to avoid passing service engineer rates and call out charges onto our customers. The concept of our cassetted engines means that service visits and traveling costs are significantly reduced for our customers. With our Steck Care Program or in-house engine service centre, we can service or repair your engines quickly and effectively, on a courier service basis. Of course, we can send a service engineer, but we try to resolve any issues by phone and through our in-house service first, mainly to keep your ownership costs down.

Do you offer a refurbishment service?

Yes we do! This is due to all our equipment being designed, manufactured and fabricated in house. We have our own fabricators, machinists, polishing team and fitting engineers - so we can say to our customers, if you want us to refurbish your Dimension, we can do it! Call us for more details on our refurbishment program.

For all of the two-year warranty engines, we offer a Steck Care Program. Each engine will only be worked on by Steck engineers and will be covered for faults and service testing on a regulated program cycle carried out at Steck and returned to the customer site. This will help maintain the performance and reliability of new engines. Moreover, this will significantly reduce the need for service visits to the site.
